WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

 

Fulfillment + Shipping = Estimated delivery
In total, it can take 4-10 days approx. (for EU & USA),  depending on the country & the product manufacture country:

Fulfillment time:
MADE IN EUROPE : 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
MADE IN USA : 1-3 days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Tie Dye Fulfillment time : 4-7 days to create colorful tie dye clothes.

Shipping time:
Average time : 4 days for EU & USA
USA : 3-4 days  (after fulfillment)
UK, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland : 2-5 days
Other European countries : 3-8 days (after fulfillment)
Asia & Canada : 6-10 days
Other countries : 5-15 days

 

*Important Note: Every order is made on-demand and Each hoodie is dyed totally unique in terms of placement position because we want every order to be different from each other and also specifics of the printing process can also be made. What you receive will vary in the dye pattern from what is shown.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors’ in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbors’, get in touch with us at:

contact@spiritur.com mentioning your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We work with a reliable, high-quality on-demand supplier. We try to take care of ecology balance, using way less amount of energy & water than normal production processes. Our supplier has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it the most efficiently!

 

 

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 10 days at [contact@spiritur.com] with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
